The Arizona State Board of Respiratory Care Examiners protects the public by ensuring that our licensees are licensed.
Complaints
All licensed respiratory care practitioners and all health care institutions must, and any person may, report to the Board a Complaint if an individual licensed by the Board has engaged in act that may be grounds for disciplinary action and/or may not be able to safely and skillfully practice respiratory care. There are many different types of complaints. Complaints can be submitted in the Complaints Portal
License Renewal
Submitting a license renewal online will provide immediate verification of payment information. This does not mean your license is renewed. All renewal applications must be reviewed. Under the laws and rules, at R4-45-216. Renewal are done in the Licensee Portal. Paper renewal applications are not accepted.
Application for Licensure
Application for Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner are completed electronically in the Application Portal. Paper Applications are not accepted.
