Online License Renewal

As of 8 PM on March 28th, the Board's online portal will be temporarily unavailable while we transition to our new licensing system. We will continue to process license applications, renewals and other services during this transition period. To submit your request, please complete the Renewal Application Form and submit the form when you make your payment online.

IMPORTANT: YOU WILL NOW BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT YOUR CEU'S AS PART OF THE RENEWAL APPLICATION.
Because the renewal application is timed, please have your CEU certificates ready to upload before beginning the renewal process.

Submitting a license renewal online will provide immediate verification of payment information. This does not mean your license is renewed. All renewal applications must be reviewed. Under the laws and rules, at R4-45-216. Procedures for Processing License Renewal or Reinstatement Applications; For the purposes of A.R.S. §§ 41-1073, the Board establishes the following licensing time-frames for renewal or reinstatement of a license:

  1. Administrative completeness review time-frame: 7 business days;
  2. Substantive review time-frame: 60 days;
  3. Overall time-frame: 67 days.

These Time Frames Apply No Matter If You Apply Online Or In Person

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of your license before contacting us. Every effort is being made to get your license to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience as we process your renewal, including the implementation of the most recent citizenship and lawful presence statutory requirements for licensure.

Do not use a Yahoo, Juno, or Netscape Email Address.  Because of server security requirements you may not receive your license card at those addresses.  Beginning June 24, 2014 if you do not receive your license card and have not updated your email address to another email client you may have to purchase a duplicate card for a fee of $25.00.
