The Board's NEW online portals are now available. Existing licensees, please visit the LICENSEE PORTAL to set up your account. To submit a new application for licensure, visit the APPLICATION PORTAL. Complaints are submitted in the COMPLAINT PORTAL. The ONLINE LICENSE LOOKUP is currently being updated. Please contact the Board if you have questions about a license holder.
