• License Number
• First Name
• Last Name
• License Type
• License Status

The Arizona State Board of Respiratory Care Examiners protects the public by ensuring that our licensees are licensed.

The following complaints or actions do not appear on the Board's website (Pending complaints may not be disclosed to the public.): 

• Disciplinary action older than 5 years (pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-3214)
• Complaints dismissed with a non-disciplinary consent agreement older than 5 years (pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-3214)
• Complaints dismissed with a letter of concern
• Dismissed complaints
